I ran into celebs, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt at my local .99 cent only store and we exchanged tips on how to throw a game day party on a shoestring budget. I'm just kidding, I was at Dollar Tree. But doesn't he have that, "we just got our food stamps and we in a hurry to get home" look.
